Concept:
A conservation process was proposed for an existing building, The old residential building was to be altered into new spatial requirements. The three floors building enlarged into five levels, with different alterations on slab levels, double volume, staircases locations...etc. The structural glazing system and Alco Bond sheets helped reflecting the Modern Architecture and commercial behaviour of the building.

Concept:

Design of this shopping wall was based on the modern shopper expectations and enhancing his experience while optimizing exposure of retail outlets in an endeavor to maximize footfall for retailers best interest.
Retail outlets revolve around two irregular ovals, holding the main vertical circulation insuring a rich variety of perspectives to shop fronts and food court.
The proposed configuration guarantees a smooth circulation pattern for clients. Elevations were treated in an elegant way while keeping the main focus on the shopping mall interiors. Alucubond with two color schemes was adopted as the major finishing material. Part of the main elevation was covered with spider glass.
This area is divided into two parking floors basements, as a supermarket ground floor, and retail outlets on upper floors. The last floor was anchored by a vibrant food court and Gym

The design suggested a complete alteration of an old building elevation to a modern interpretation of what a Class A office building would look like The materials used were a combination of stone and 2 colors of alkaloid.
Horizontal aluminum strips divided the glass into 3 parts.
The elevation consisted of 3 layers forward and backward forming a good potential for shade and shadow.
