A four Stars Hotel, Located on the south coast of Aqaba, Jordan on Hussain land
The concept of this Project is a smooth transition between the typology of archaeological site in Aqaba represented by the irregular patterns and the recurring rhythm adopted in the architecture of beach resorts in Jordan.
The hotel contained the landscape intertwined hardscape, softscape and water features/ pools, while revealing and optimizing sea views to their optimum.
The Hotel Consists of four floors lay in an asymmetrical U shape, with masses formed in clusters, accentuating an interesting play of shade and shadows.
The Total built up area of the hotel is 7000 m2 Consisting of 100 keys giving a wide variety of single, double, and suites, In addition to the main ballroom, an All Day Dining hall, offices, Retail, Specialty restaurant, and services .
