The projects serves as stores on Ground Floor plan level, while the upper repeated plans serves as an office Building .

The building is a ground floor consist of , commercial stores , meeting hall , office , services , kiosks , place of prayer, & toilets. The external works consist of two bus lines with pergolas, wooden seats with pergolas on tiled areas.

The building aims facilitating official procedures on civilians and providing a multipurpose activity, joining a commercial mall, official offices, and multiple facilities. This imposed a survey research on SAHAB region to recognize the pre existing facilities and raising requirements. The building was separated into two regions: 1- The official zone: which provides offices for official procedures and requirements. And a multipurpose hall on the ground floor level. 2- The commercial zone: two floors shopping Mall, with recreational facilities such as; the restaurant, and a banking branch service. The five floors Giant building required special treatment in planning as two courts were imposed on the commercial zone with sky lighting, providing a normal daylight and easy ventilation. Also organizing spatial movement inside the building. On the elevation Local materials were used such as the Jordanian stone and curtain walls. Project consists of basement, ground floor & first floor. It includes administration wing, workshop, theater, multi purpose hall, computer room, labs, library & classrooms In addition to a separate building for w.c unit & guard house. External works include play yard, car park area, accumulating yards, side walks, and green areas around the building, fences & retaining walls.

Surrounded by official buildings and enclosed by two streets, the design of a building which reflects Modern Architecture and achieving the requirements of such a project. The office building was separated in function; the first two levels consisted of offices serving the corporation, while the other three levels were designed as offices for commercial purposes. A sub soil level was created to serve as car parking. On elevation treatment you can recognize a heavy base of the building with Minor openings, with fluent use of TRAVENTINE Local stone. The upper levels have a lighter and more transparent effect, proposed through bigger openings, the use of structural glazing system; the stone on upper level have softer texture.

A two storey building, The Ground floor serves As the Bank main Hall, the first floor consisted of three Apartments for Employers. Local Materials were used on facades. Mainly Glass & Jordanian stone. seats with pergolas on tiled areas.
