INTERNATIONAL DEPARTS STATION
Location: UM SWINIEH- Amman

Area: 4200m²


Concept:

The design concept rose from the functional statement of the depart- station, as if forms as transition Space Surrounded by the dynamic traffic flow & Interacts with it. This formed a project with two Major components:

    • Dynamic: with an organic treatment, assembled the by buildings.
    • The Constant Buildings formations:

 

With A high transparency factor the use of glass screens which insures the building’s function a temporary space, and emphasize the interaction between it and outdoor flowing traffic pass ages.Also, The Design tended the gradual change of spaces privacy on functional Arrangements.

Project components:

    • The station Building with A reception Hall, depart hall, etc.
    • A Motel
    • Gas and car maintenance station
    • Police station
    • Prayer Hall
    • Car parking Area

HAJ RITULAS EDUCATION CENTER
Location: AL JEZEH -AMMAN
Area: 200 acre


Concept:

Reflecting the Arab – Muslims city composition was a main theme on forming the Architecture of such a project, since outdoor & indoor courts interposed the composition. All dominated by a Main court which directed to the project’s different components. Internal courtyards were spread through attending Better ventilation.

Project components:

  1. The Main Hall: of a 300 heads capacity
  2. A panorama Hall - The Mosque (1000 prayer capacity)
  3. An Islamic Museum and appended requirements
  4. Market Area.
  5. Public gardens.
  6. Pilgrims residence

Location: AL ABDALI - AMMAN


Concept:

The spiritual philosophy dominates the design concept. The Architecture now is a mean to reach the sky; it aims for that, since each side of the site was directed to the octagon
